The picture window in the front living room can be opened to fill the house with light, as can the French doors in the dining room which opens to the backyard. Feel free to entertain and enjoy beautiful Sonoran sunsets from the patio which overlooks an expanse of desert and mountains. There are no neighbors at the back and on one side of the house.

Minutes from the home, you can swim in the uncrowded crystal-clear community swimming pools and hot tub, or play tennis in one of two lighted tennis courts. Also adjacent to the home is a paved trail, suitable for walking or cycling that leads you through beautiful desert vistas into the heart of Phoenix Mountains Preserve where more miles of trails beckon.

It’s an easy 25 minute drive from Casa Serena to the airport or to downtown Phoenix's many museums, concerts and athletic venues. The many attractions of Old Town Scottsdale are also an easy drive away.
